Can be used on floors in hard, soft, hot or cold water and on other washable hard surfaces such as glass, stainless steel, doors, walls, etc. Use 1/2 to 1 1/2oz./gal. for regular cleaning and 4 to 9 oz./gal. for heavy duty cleaning. Neutralizer Conditions stripped floors properly before the application of floor Sealer and/or Finish to ensure that proper bonding takes place. Also, an extraordinary concrete and grout cleaner. As an integral part of the 'Ultra Floor Care' System, neutralizes the effect of Stripper's selective chemical implosion. Other neutralizers are not designed to achieve this safety factor. Out performs most of the much more hazardous chemicals such as hydrochloric and non-food grade phosphoric acids. Usually only requires light scrubbing. Formulated with a blend of food-grade acids. Other neutralizers can leave floor in acidic condition. It's not wise to leave alkalinity or acidity on a floor that is to be sealed or finished as it can lead to difficulties with bonding, appearance and durability. Sealer Resilient and hard floor sealer, conditioner and undercoater. Seals, conditions and acts as a bonding agent for floor finish. Conditions floor and creates an ideal base for the Ultra Chem Labs' floor finish. Remains pliable. Protects floor from damage caused by harsh chemicals and damage from too-aggressive stripping. Penetrates deep into pores of flooring. Suggested for new floors and high traffic areas, with application of 1 to 4 coats. Extends life of underlying substrate. Capable of penetrating and acting as a base for finish on dense surfaces such as rubber tile, certain granites, marbles, etc. Has the desired qualities of a permanent or semi-permanent sealer, but can be easily removed with 'Ultra Floor Care Stripper'. Stripper Resilient and hard floor wax/finish stripper. - Extremely Heavy Duty. Simple to use and safer for people, property and the environment. Polymer locks are imploded and can no longer bond. Allows more complete floor finish removal. Edge detailing and baseboard cleaning are easier. Strips better, faster, easier and safer. Less mechanical action (scrubbing) required. Contains no harsh caustics, ammonia or solvents. Does not rely on excessive alkali or harsh caustic builders. Not excessively corrosive. Safer in case of accidental skin contact.
